Pioneer Square Amenities

Pioneer Square AmenitiesIf your company is considering Pioneer Square as an option for office space, here are some questions to think about:

  • Where do I park?
  • Where do I get lunch?
  • Where do I get coffee?

This post provides information attempting to answer those questions.

PARKING — Due to the vintage of most buildings in Pioneer Square you won’t find many options with a parking garage underneath.  Therefore, most of the options far parking are surface lots with.  The most commonly used surface lot is the North lot of CenturyLink field, but since that is slated for (and undergoing) development then others will need to be found.  Here is a list of parking options, surface and garage, in Pioneer Square.  I have attempted to provide current (as of October 2012) information on the locations, # of stalls, costs (hourly, daily & monthly), and contact information for each of these lots.  Also, here is a link to a map with corresponding locations.

RESTAURANTS — One of the major draws to Pioneer Square is the many food options available to residents and employees of commercial tenants.  This list of restaurants is not all encompassing, but should be considered a good resource for understanding many of the great culinary choices available in Pioneer Square.  I’ve sorted this list by the UrbanSpoon rating and here is the map link.

COFFEE — There isn’t a Starbucks or a Tullys on every corner in Seattle, but it is close.  When it comes to Pioneer Square many enjoy some of the many boutique coffee options.  I’ve had clients tell me that their geographical parameters are: ‘we want to be as close as possible to Café Umbria and Zeitgeist.’  Sometimes however it is important to know where the closest and quickest caffeine boost can be found, so here is a list of all of the coffee options that we can find in Pioneer Square with the corresponding map link.
